I’m Erica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona. I support individuals navigating ADHD, life transitions, having experienced foster care, and anyone who’s ever felt out of place or overlooked in spaces that weren’t built with them in mind. I understand that healing isn’t linear, and that resilience sometimes looks like simply surviving.
